First Track: every feed, nap and milestone, ready for the doctor

The first months with a newborn are a blur of feeds, naps, diapers and half-remembered numbers, usually scribbled on the back of a receipt at 3 a.m. First Track is the calm place to keep all of it. Tap to log the moment, watch the patterns take shape, and walk into your pediatrician’s office with a clean summary instead of a guess. It lives entirely on your phone: no account, no cloud, no one else in the room.

First Track app screen: one-tap logging for feeds, sleep, diapers, temperature and weight

The whole day, one tap away

Feed, sleep, burp, diaper, temperature, weight, height, meds, a note: every tile is a single tap, then a slider or a couple of choices. No typing, no fiddly forms. The kind of thing you can do one-handed while holding a baby.

Built for tired hands: big targets, gentle colors, and readouts in the units you actually use.

A feeding rhythm that fits your baby

Start from a schedule recommended for your baby’s age, or set your own with simple sliders: breast, formula or solids. First Track lays out the day’s feeds, gently reminds you when one is due, and lets you check each one off.

General guidance to build on. Every baby is different, so follow the plan that’s right for you and your doctor.

First Track app screen: baby weight and height growth curve tracked over time

See the curve, not just the number

Every weight and height you log becomes a clear line over time, so a good week, or a dip worth a call, is easy to see at a glance. Switch between weight and height with a tap.

Your baby’s own measured trend, ready to talk through with your pediatrician about percentiles.

A report your doctor can actually read

One tap turns weeks of tracking into a tidy summary: a last-seven-days snapshot of feeds, diapers and sleep, with the full log underneath. Read it on screen or save a copy to hand over.

And when something looks off, a high temperature, too few wet diapers, days without a bowel movement, First Track gently flags it and suggests whether to call the nurse line, the doctor, or emergency care.

First Track app screen: a checklist of baby milestones and firsts grouped by age

First smiles, remembered

A checklist of the firsts, from the first social smile to those first wobbly steps, grouped around your baby’s current age so the ones coming up are right at the top. Tap the day it happens and it’s stamped for good.

Your data never leaves the phone

First Track has no accounts and no servers. Everything you log is stored right on your device, and nowhere else. Reminders are scheduled by your phone; the doctor report is yours to share, on your terms.

No account · No cloud · On-device only

First Track app screen: your baby data stays private on your phone, with no account or cloud
First Track app screen: a private well-being check-in for new parents

Because you’re being cared for as well

A quiet, private check-in for how you’re doing, a moment to notice the tired days, with kind words and, if you need them, the numbers to reach real support.

Track the little things. Keep the big ones.

First Track is made by Grey State Development for the parents in the thick of it: private by design, gentle by default.

A note: First Track is a tracking aid to help you stay organized and prepared, not a medical device and not a substitute for professional care. Its schedules and alerts are general guidance. Always follow the advice of your doctor or qualified health provider.
